Dreams of Pele: Guided Studio Gallery Ticket + Complimentary Raffle Entry – HEART Festival April 11, 2026
$15 – Exclusive guided tour of Dreams of Pele originals in my Chinatown studio. Includes free raffle entry to win an original painting.
Step into the heart of creation with a guided studio tour of my newest series, Dreams of Pele: The Orgasmic Dawn of Pele. For $15, gain intimate access to view select original oil paintings in my Chinatown studio (1111 Nuʻuanu Avenue, Office 212, Honolulu), located directly behind my booth on Nuʻuanu Avenue during the HEART of Honolulu Street Festival on Saturday, April 11, 2026 (11 a.m. – 4 p.m.).
This ticket includes:
- A curated, artist-led guided tour through the series, exploring the dawn palette: profound vivid cobalt and sapphire skies, blooming soft purples, lavenders, and pinks in billowing clouds, and the molten orange-red glow of volcanic birth.
- Personal insights into the themes of feminine power as world-builder, creative flow as generative beauty, and fire as evidence of renewal—honoring the orgasmic nature and deep feminine rhythm of Pele that mirrors our own bodies and menstrual cycles: the rhythmic building, pressure, release, and renewal that creates, reshapes life, and brings forth new life from deep within.
- Narratives drawn from my moʻolelo: sacred marriage vows at Kīlauea's crater edge with Pele's steam rising behind us, my husband's geneology from Pele among other deities, my explosive genealogy tracing a direct lineal descent from Moctezuma II, and the Nahuatl tlanonotzaliztli (legends) where volcanoes embody passionate love stories between warriors and princesses—tales that live in my blood alongside Hawaiian narratives.
